Company Incorporation, Land Use Planning and Economic Positioning by CBRE, India and Master Planning  by Surbana Jurong, Singapore.

2017-2018

Certificate of Occupancy for 9,803 Hectares, from Abia State Government.

2018-2019

Free Trade Zone License from Federal Executive Council of Nigeria. PPP Agreement between Crown Realties Plc, Abia State Government and Federal Government of Nigeria.

2019-2020

EECD Regulation Gazetted. Zone Development License and Management License by NEPZA.

2020-2021

Partnership with development institutions namely, (IFC),(AfDB)& (Afreximbank), with IFC signing Agreement to support EEC in manufacturing transfer from around the world, (AfDB) to act as Co-financiers and Afreximbank to lead the syndication of initial debt of $201.7million required for Phase 1 of the project.

2021-2022

Afreximbank issued EECD FZE a Term sheet for the syndicated debt of $201.7million, while underwriting $150million.

2022-2023
